Patti brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, including her first 6 years as a loan processor — a foundation that allows her to understand the mortgage process from start to finish. To date, she has helped 8,200+ clients and funded over 1,800 loans.
Affectionately known as “Patti LoanFox,” Patti is Mexican-Italian, born in Canada, and now a proud U.S. citizen. Her approach is rooted in balance, integrity, deep relationships, and adding real value to the people and communities she serves.
The name Boxwood reflects this philosophy. Like the boxwood tree, we believe strength, quality, and strong roots matter more than size.
