To get a co-branded application link, add the partner you want to co-brand with to your Referral Partners List. Click the Gear Icon on your dashboard and select POS Settings. On the Nav Menu to the left, click Referral Partners.
To add someone as an option for clients to designate as their Referral Source, click the Gear Icon on your dashboard and select POS Settings. On the Nav Menu to the left, click Referral Partners. When adding the Partner, be sure to have the option "Display referral partner on your referral dropdown?" toggled to "Yes".
Use the Forgot Password button on the login page. The system will email you the link you'll need to use to get your password reset. If you encounter an error code during this process, please send a detailed message to support@preapp1003.com explaining the issue.
You'll need to connect your Credit Agency Account first by clicking the Gear Icon on your dashboard and selecting POS Settings. On the Nav Menu to the left, click PreApp Integrations and use the Credit Reports option to add your credentials. Once the Credit Agency Credentials are added, you'll be able to pull credit from inside the PreApp File. Click the Menu Icon on your dashboard and select Pipeline. Click the Loan Number to open a PreApp File. On the Nav Menu to the left, click "Credit" under the Actions/Interfaces heading. Click the blue "Pull Credit Options" button in the upper right-hand corner to open the Pull Credit window.
To get an approval letter created for a client, they will need to have a PreApp File in your pipeline. Click the Loan Number in your pipeline to open the PreApp File and click "Approval Letter" under the Forms/Disclosures heading on the Nav Menu to the left. Use the blue "New Approval Letter" button in the upper right-hand corner to create the letter. Once the letter is filled out, use the blue "Submit" button beneath the letter to send it out.
To give an LOA or other Assistant access to your PreApp pipeline, click the Gear Icon on your dashboard and select POS Settings. On the Nav Menu to the left, click Assistant Accounts.
To download the .fnm file of a PreApp File, open the file by clicking the Loan Number in your pipeline. Click "FNM 3.2" under the Actions/Interfaces header on the Nav Menu to the left.
When you log into your PreApp 1003 account, use the blue "New PreApp" button in the upper right-hand corner to quickly send out your Application Link via text or email message. If you want to share your other links, or want to easily copy/paste them, use the "My Links" page found under the LO Settings Icon on your dashboard.
You can add a YouTube or Vimeo hosted video to some of your client-facing pages by clicking the Gear Icon on your dashboard and selecting POS Settings. On the Nav Menu to the left, click Video Library. Use the Edit and Delete Icons as needed.
To create keywords, click "Keywords" under the LO Settings Icon on your dashboard. Use the blue "Add Keyword" button in the upper right-hand corner to open the Add Keyword window.
You will find documents uploaded by clients in one of two places: click the Loan Number in your pipeline to open a PreApp File and open the Document Management header on the Nav Menu to the left to view documents uploaded by the borrower(s) connected to that PreApp File. Click the Documents Icon on your dashboard to view the documents uploaded by clients that are not connected to a PreApp File. Use the blue "Start New PreApp" or "Move to a PreApp" buttons in the upper right-hand corner to connect the files in question to a PreApp File. NOTE: Files must be connected to a PreApp File for bulk download.
